What's the difference between individual housing contracts and standard apartment housing contracts?

How much does Yugo Flagstaff Grove cost?

Rates vary depending on your floor plan and time of year. Generally, the sooner you sign a housing contract, the better chance you have of securing a lower rate. For the most up-to-date rates and promotions, please contact our staff at the front desk.

What if I don't have roommates in mind or I don't know anyone?

No worries, we also offer roommate matching! When you fill out your housing contract, you’ll be given a resident profile card which includes a questionnaire about your lifestyle and preferences. We take roommate matching very seriously and spend a lot of time making sure we find just the right fit.

Are any students given priority or preference?

Nope, Yugo housing contracts are available on a first-come, first-served basis. That’s one of the reasons it’s so important to sign your contract early for the upcoming school year.

Can I have overnight guests?

Yep! As long as you’ve discussed your guest’s stay with your roommates, you may have an overnight guest for up to three consecutive nights. Congratulations! Yugo does not allow residents out of their housing contracts due to graduation. However, we do allow residents to find someone to take over their housing contract.
