How do I pay rent?

All your rents need to be paid monthly in advance, as set out clearly in the rental agreement you sign at the time of booking. To keep things simple, the total rent due to them needs to be paid monthly in advance in 12 equal payments as per the rental agreement. If you prefer, you may pay the total rent in full by one payment at the start of the tenancy period.

Can I pay rent by bank transfer?

You must pay your rent by direct bank transfer to the bank account details set out clearly in the rental agreement itself. Alternative payment options are listed in the rental agreement.

Are there any extra bills I have to pay?

This fee is a one-off, non-refundable €50 fee to cover the administration costs associated with processing your application to live with them.

Is contents insurance included?

Yes, contents insurance is included in your tenancy agreement, so your belongings are protected throughout your stay with them. You will receive more information about this when you check-in.

Is the building regularly inspected for fire safety?
