Booking Deposit
A deposit of up to 2 weeks’ rent is required when applying for or entering an accommodation agreement. The deposit becomes the first 2 weeks’ rent after move-in. If a long-term accommodation application is not approved, the deposit is refunded less any disclosed banking surcharge.
Security Deposit
A bond equivalent to 4 weeks’ rent is required under a Residential Tenancy Agreement. Bond payment requirements vary by state and are handled through the relevant bond authority.
Pay In Instalment
Rent must be paid fortnightly.

Direct debit using Visa, Mastercard, or an Australian bank account. International bank transfer. Visa, Mastercard, or UnionPay debit or credit cards.
