Where they need to arrange parts and the issue cannot be resolved that day they will keep you informed at all times as to what the likely timescales are.

Yes, but for health and safety reasons requests for overnight guests must be submitted to reception. As your apartment is shared with other residents and to ensure peaceful living for all it is intended that this policy operates on a ‘fair use’ basis.
The property is staffed 24/7 and is fitted with CCTV surveillance systems. All bedrooms contain their own locking system. During the hours of darkness, the entrance is locked, and access is only available to registered student ID holders.
