They try their utmost to allocate likeminded students together (eg based on year of study).  Single-sex apartments are also available. However, this is subject to the type of rooms booked by their students and may not always be possible.

Can I request a room move if I do not get along with the people I am sharing with?

Residence team will always first try to establish if there is anything that can be done to help you and your housemates to live in harmony without anyone moving room. However, move requests will be accommodated whenever possible, subject to availability and a cleaning/admin charge.

What do I do if something is not working in my apartment?

Their on-site maintenance team will try to resolve any issues you raise with them on the same day as you log the issue with them. All issues must be logged via their student portal. No, students may come and go as they please. However, they must carry their student ID with them for verification purposes.

Visitors can stay until 11pm, unless they have been registered as an overnight guest.

Can I have friends stay over?
