The property is located in Singapore’s western district, within walking distance of Haw Par Villa MRT station. The three-storey residential villa offers structured and well-maintained student living accommodation. The residence offers a selection of single and shared rooms designed to accommodate varying student preferences. Each room is fully furnished with essential fittings, including a bed, mattress, wardrobe, air-conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity.
You must pay SGD 2,000 at the time of booking, along with a SGD 480 one-time registration fee.
Unfortunately, to ensure the safety and order of their community and to comply with Singapore laws and regulations, visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in the student residence.
If you are staying in a single room, you are fully responsible for cleaning and maintaining your own room. If you are staying in a share room, the cleaning and maintenance of the room should be shared among you and your roommates. Each residence provides free cleaning tools (such as brooms, mops, etc.). Please clean the tools after use and return them neatly to the designated cleaning area. The property is only responsible for the regular cleaning of common areas, such as the living room, kitchen, shared rooftop, corridors, shared bathrooms, and laundry area. They do not provide free room-cleaning services. Many roommates choose to create simple cleaning schedules to share responsibilities and maintain a clean and comfortable living environment together.
Unfortunately, after you check out, they are unable to forward or store any parcels or mail. Any items delivered after your check-out date will be returned to the sender. You are responsible for updating your address with all relevant institutions and merchants prior to checking out. If an item is mistakenly delivered, please contact them immediately.
You may ship your luggage to the Residence within one week before your check-in date.
Each resident may send up to two pieces of luggage, and the total external dimensions (length + width + height) of each item must not exceed 158 cm (62 inches).
If you plan to send your luggage before check-in, please contact them in advance.
Items that can be sent in advance include:

• Daily necessities
• Bedding such as blankets, pillows, and bed sheets

a. Valuables (e.g., laptops, iPads, mobile phones, cameras, cash, jewellery, personal identification, important documents)

e. Perishable items (e.g., fruits, vegetables, takeaway food, and items requiring refrigeration or freezing)
f. Items that do not comply with Singapore customs regulations
Most residents prefer to purchase daily essentials, food, and beverages after arrival. There are several supermarkets and shopping malls located near Singroost Student Residence, making it very convenient.
Yes. You can leave any time before your contract ends, and we will process your check-out early.
Check-out Requirements
a. Clean the room and restore it to its original condition upon move-in.
b. Remove all personal belongings.
c. Return all keys and access cards.
If you do decide to check-out early and surrender your tenancy, you won’t be entitled to any rent refund.
Your room is yours until the end of your contracted time listed in your Tenancy Agreement. That means you can leave anything you like in your room when you leave the property, for example the Christmas or Chinese New Year break. There are a few things to remember to do before you leave your room:

All their buildings operate a strict non-smoking policy.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all units, bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, corridors, and all other communal areas within the property.

Residents found in breach of this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, cleaning charges, damage rectification costs, and/or termination in accordance with the tenancy agreement.
If there is a fire in your unit, it is important to act immediately. Remain calm and follow the instructions below:
• Evacuate immediately if you hear the fire alarm.
• Leave your unit and close all doors behind you to help contain the fire.
• Use the staircase at all times. Do not use the lift.
