Please note: You will need to provide a guarantor unless you pay the rent in full. If you’re a professional and you earn x3 times more the annual rent, you won’t need one.
If you are a professional, you will be liable for a council tax. If you’re a professional, you will have to provide proof of income showing you earn at least three times the annual rent. A credit check will be conducted once the contract is sent for signature.
When you move into a property home you will be given instructions on how to download and use their smart maintenance app. This will allow you to report any issues immediately to them and attach photos & descriptions of the issue. They will then send out the appropriate contractor to fix the problem sharpish. If you have an emergency out of hours then please call the emergency number provided when you moved in.
