Payment and Fees
1. To complete your booking, you will have to submit a Holding Deposit of £100 for your application. 2. On acceptance of the tenancy offer the Holding Deposit of will be deducted from the 1st rent payment and the rent account will be adjusted to reflect this.
For AY 25-26 & AY 24-25: 1. Payment in full. 2. Payment in 4 quarterly instalments. Please note: Students who can’t provide a UK based Guarantor, are required to pay their full rent at the time of booking (Upfront Payment).
1. The property accepts payment by Mastercard and Visa debit and credit card, and Western Union. 2. All amounts due must be paid in UK Sterling. 3. Interest will be charged on late/overdue payments at 3% above the base rate of The Bank of England.
1. Parent or legal Guardian resident in the UK must stand as Guarantor. 2. The Guarantor is legally bound to pay any debts accrued during the tenancy if the tenant refuses to pay. 3. Overseas Students who cannot provide a Guarantor please refer to the options provided on the payment tariff.
Studios are available for double occupancy at an additional charge of 25% of the total rent.
