Raleigh House offers independent student accommodation in Kentish Town, Zone 2, and is also open to other eligible education-related residents. Set across two converted townhouses, it combines a welcoming community with a vibrant social atmosphere centred around a large shared kitchen. Designed for residents aged 18+, Raleigh House welcomes full-time students as well as eligible Graduate Visa (PSW) holders, visiting scholars, academic researchers and language school students, offering a comfortable and flexible living environment in North London. With excellent access to universities, research institutions and Central London, residents can also enjoy nearby cafés, parks, weekend markets and Camden’s vibrant cultural scene.

Cooling Off Period
A 48-hour cooling off period applies from the date of booking. Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email. A full refund will be provided, less any applicable bank charges. The cooling off period only applies if the booking start date is more than 5 days away. Note:- A booking is secured once the tenancy agreement has been signed and full or partial payment has been made.

A full refund is available if the student's UK visa application is refused by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). A copy of the visa refusal letter must be provided within 7 days of receiving it or before 16 August 2026, whichever is earlier. The refusal letter must include the student's name and the date of refusal. A refund will not be granted if: The student failed to complete all steps required by UKVI for the visa application. Early termination by students
After the applicable cooling off period has expired, the property remains liable for the full rent for the tenancy period unless a suitable replacement tenant is found. The property is responsible for finding the replacement tenant. A £250 Replacement Fee is payable to cover administration costs associated with the tenancy transfer.

The property is responsible for finding a suitable replacement tenant. A £250 Replacement Fee applies. Property has sole discretion to: Accept the proposed replacement tenant and enter into a tenancy agreement. Return the room to general sale. Allocate the room to another student on the waiting list. The property will be released from the tenancy 7 days after one of the above actions has been completed.

Full or partial payment must be made by the payment date stated on the invoice. Accommodation bookings are charged on a 7-night (weekly) basis. If the booked accommodation becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond property management control, alternative accommodation will be arranged, although the details may differ from the original booking. Students must read and accept the cancellation terms before accepting the invoice.
