Other cancellation policies
The cancellation policy is property-specific. Cancellation terms and any applicable fees are outlined in the resident's Letter of Offer. Applicants wishing to withdraw must provide at least 28 days' written notice before the commencement date of their Occupancy Agreement. If the offer has been accepted and payments have been made, any refund is at the discretion of management and may depend on whether the room is successfully re-let.

Security Deposit
A Bond payment equal to 4 weeks' rent is required before move-in. The Bond is held by the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA) until the tenancy ends. The Bond will be refunded at the end of the lease, provided there is no outstanding rent, damage, or other deductions permitted under the tenancy agreement.
