How can I view the information on my lease?


Find every answer you search for regarding your lease agreement through your online tenant portal. If you have any additional questions, you can always get in touch with property. They’re available on weekdays, during office hours between 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM.

Can I use my deposit to pay the last month's rent?


Unfortunately, they don’t allow this option to prevent any possible negative occurrences you may have in the future. But rest assured, your deposit will be paid back after your move out is completed.

How do I pay rent?

All payments are done through our online tenant portal.

Can I have rent automatically deducted from a checking account?


Yes! You can use your checking account to automatically deal with your payables.

What are the rent inclusions?

All units are fully-furnished. The rent also includes utilities and cool amenities such as a gym, and pool area access for selected spaces.

Does it include cleaning services?

Management provide cleaning before you move in. For tenants, they can request cleaning as specified in the lease agreement.

Are there any move-in costs?

Yes. They charge you a $100 placement fee during your move-in.
