Staying with them, will give you the opportunity to make friends with people all over the world. It is an International house :-) Enjoy the comfort of a Private Bedroom with a Shared Bathroom in a large house while sharing all the common areas (Living Room, Dining room & the kitchen).

Within 30 Days of Move-in If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the move-in date, the first month's rent is charged, and the remaining months are refunded. This clause is essential for compensating hosts for their potential loss of income due to late cancellations, while still offering tenants some level of refundability for longer bookings. 3. 48-Hour Cancellation Grace Period This grace period is valid if the cancellation is made 30+ days before the move-in.
