What's the resident referral program?
Referring a resident to live at mac is a great way for you to have a hand in developing your community. If your friend rents an apartment and puts your name and email on the application, you'll receive $200 off your next month's rent.
To qualify for a resident referral at Mac Properties, the referring resident:
- Cannot refer a current customer (existing resident or future resident we’ve been in contact with).
- Must be a current resident when a referred friend moves into the property.
- No more than $2,000 per year per household member in referral fees can be applied.
Referral credits are issued to the whole lease and not to an individual resident.
