The departing Tenant must pay for all damage to the Unit and the Property as provided in this Lease 3. The departing Tenant will be obligated to pay a re-let fee as set forth in the Terms 4. The replacement Tenant must meet the rental criteria 5. The replacement Tenant must fully complete and execute a new Lease and all addenda, and cause a new Guarantee to be executed and delivered 6. A rekeying fee will be due if rekeying is requested or required
