We've had a really great experience living at Ava! Maintenance is super quick and efficient; work orders are always resolved asap. Amenities are great, with multiple rooftop BBQs, a huge pool and an upgraded gym. The staff is also super helpful and responsive, and they go above and beyond by setting up fun community events like the summer pool parties.
