The security deposit is not refundable.</p> <p>– If the cancellation request is received in less than 10 days of the arrival, the Resident will be charged a 4-week period of rental payment and his/her liability for the balance of the rent will be waived for the remainder of the term after 4 weeks, and the rental amount paid exceeding 4 weeks will be refunded in 7 days. The security deposit is not refundable</p>

<p>– If the cancellation request is based on a visa denial and supported by valid proof, the Resident’s liability for the balance of the rent for the remainder of the term will be waived and the rental amount paid will be refunded in 7 days. The security deposit is not refundable.</p>
Replacement Tenant Accepted
<p>In the event of early termination of Lease by Resident(s), Resident(s) will be responsible for the agreed upon monthly rent until the termination date stated in this Lease. Resident(s) will also be held responsible for costs related to advertising for a replacement resident and those costs necessary to ready the premises for the replacement resident, including but not limited to painting and cleaning.</p> <p><br></p> <p>The Resident(s) finds a suitable replacement to occupy the room / apartment for the remainder of the Agreement and the accommodation application of the person willing to take the room is approved by the property.</p>
Extenuating Circumstances
<p>There may be unforeseen and overriding circumstances that could lead Resident(s) to vacate their room before the lease end date. The property may consider releasing you from your contractual obligations under the following conditions:</p> <p><br></p> <p>1. Your request for lease termination should be prompted by extenuating circumstances, such as serious illness or government mandates, supported by documentation from an authorized agency.</p> <p>2. You find a suitable replacement tenant who is approved by the property to occupy the room or apartment for the remainder of the lease agreement.</p>
