Yes, the 45th and 46th floors of the FMC Tower are our Penthouse floors. On these floors, you can expect floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic skyline views, Carrara marble bathrooms, an upgraded furniture program, upgraded kitchen appliances to include a panelized refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as a marble backsplash, a Lutron Wi-Fi lighting system providing the ability to customize lighting controls throughout the apartment. The apartment layouts and overall square footage do not vary from our non-Penthouse floors.
Yes! They can offer a TBA (to be assigned) lease agreement up to 8 months in advance based on availability. Though we cannot guarantee the exact apartment number, they can offer one that is similar to your preferred layout. A security deposit is required, along with a signed lease and accompanying documents.

Parking rates start at $45/day and $395/month. Note that the garage is also available for public parking daily for friends/family/guests.
Within the Cira South Garage, there is a secure bike cage that is complimentary to all residents and requires annual registration.
Yes. Renter's liability insurance is required with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage per occurrence. For your convenience, we utilize ResidentShield as our preferred provider to assist with insurance.

The Apartment Residences at AKA University City are pet-friendly with up to 2 pets per residence. There are multiple parks and dog runs within steps of our property, located along the Schuylkill River and Cira Green Complex. Note that residents of our apartments must register pets by completing a pet addendum for management approval, and are responsible for a $500 non-refundable pet fee, as well as a $40 per month pet rent.
Yes, they have residential storage lockers available. Lockers are 4’ wide by 4’ deep by 8’ tall and are available as a full locker for $75 per month or a half locker for $40 per month.
