If I am over 21 do I need a guarantor?

Yes. All leases are required to have a guarantor. If an approved guarantor cannot be obtained, Greystar will accept a security deposit of one installment.

If I pay in full, do I get a discount?

The property does not offer discounts for rent paid in full. However, prepayment gives you the peace of mind knowing that your account is in good standing at all times!

What do I need to hook up my computer to the internet?

You will need a CAT 5 (Ethernet) cable. They have internet outlets in each bedroom and common area. Your computer must be configured properly for the internet to work. Your computer or device must be registered as an active device with their internet service provider. They also have community-wide WiFi.

What if I need to cancel my lease?

Leases are legal contracts for the said term. Residents are responsible for the entire term of the lease. They offer lease re-assignments for a $300 fee. Please see a leasing professional for further details.

What does an individual lease mean?

An individual lease means you are only responsible for your rent and bedroom, with a shared responsibility of the common area. So if a roommate transfers to a different unit or moves out, you don’t have to worry about a thing! Your rent will not go up and you will have no liability for the other person!

What utilities are included in my monthly installment?

Trash and Internet are paid by the property. Each resident receives a monthly $25 credit towards their electricity.

Do the apartments come fully furnished?

Their apartments come fully furnished with leather furniture in the living room and stylish bedroom furniture including a bed, dresser, desk, and chair. They also have the appliances covered! Each apartment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and washer and dryer.

Will you send me a bill for each installment?

They do not send any invoices, but for your convenience, you can use their online resident portal to check your balance at any time. All residents have the ability to create an online, secure account through the resident portal. Residents also have the ability to set up a recurring payment through their resident portal. Please contact the office if you have questions on your online account, or how to create a profile.
