    All repairs are done by trained maintenance staff or certified vendors. If an emergency happens after office hours, they will respond within 1 hour.

    How secure is the apartment building?

    All entrance points are opened with a key fob and a parking garage that is opened with a garage remote.

    What is the parking situation?

    Free street parking along 600 South or a reserved parking stall in their garage for $50.00 a month. Garage parking is optional and can be added at any time.
