Great outdoor seating, especially in the late afternoon because the sun sets behind the building. This leaves plenty of shade on the deck during Houston's hot summers. Food is well prepared and the price point is good. Beer selection is decent, but could have a few more craft beers. Decent for sporting events, but not what I would call a sports bar. Perfect place for a beer and food after some exercise in Memorial Park.

Great place and very nice staff. I don’t think they pay enough attention to their customers but at the price they charge I think that’s fair. I found it odd that on a slow night they would close the kitchen early. Overall a nice experience.

I only ever come here for weekend brunch, but it's one of my fav places. Plenty casual, kid friendly if that's your thing, quirky interior that looks like it was furnished by "pickers", and a large patio. I get the "bird and a biscuit" with home fries. It's stick-to-your-ribs food for sure. It can get busy when it's patio weather, but I've never waited a significant amount of time for a table. Seems to be a popular "I just ran a mile for the first time in years at memorial park and need some comfort food" spot.

If you’re looking for great food, relaxing atmosphere, a great outdoor patio(pets not allowed) you have come to the right spot. I have been coming to this place for 8 years, and will continue to come here. I meet many of my friends and clients here because it’s centrally located to meet in such a big city like Houston. I love the customer service here, I moved to Denver for two years and they still remembered my name when I moved back. They have great happy hour specials from Monday-Friday.
