About the Property

Erawan, the home of dreams! It has everything worth calling it the best and perfect student accommodation in Barcelona. Situated at 10 minutes of walking distance from the Universitat De Barcelona and the EADA Business School, it offers private apartments with amenities you might need and more. Brimming with greenery, natural lights, and aesthetic furniture, the place is really an ideal choice for students who dream of a home in their hustling academic journey.

The 1 bed and 1 bathroom flat here isn't just about staying, but having a new home far away from home. Though it's private, you can share it with two people. It has everything, from brand-new furniture to a dining set. You don't even have to bring a Bluetooth speaker, hair dryer, linens, or towels; you will get it there. The best thing is that the high-speed Wi-Fi, water, and electricity bills are already included in the rent. Inside your bedroom, there's a large comfortable bed, which fronts the large door of the balcony, giving a beautiful city street view. The balcony has a small table and two chairs to relax with coffee. And for coffee, there's a coffeemaker too. There's ample storage space, with sliding closet doors. Take a shower in the hotel-style bathroom, and when you dress up, look at yourself in the full-size mirror. The flat has air conditioning, heaters, and a steamer iron. Speaking of the kitchen, it is also equipped with pots and pans. Also, the cleaning supplies are available. You will get access to the elevator in the common area. There's nothing you will need, and Erawan housing, doesn't have.
