What are the booking costs?

Do I have to pay a deposit?

When booking, the amounts to be paid are: one month's rent (which will be paid into the properties' landlord 48h after check in) + PMG commission. Once this amount is paid, the property will be reserved.

What is the monthly cost of utilities?

Some rental agreements have early departure clauses, so they recommend that you check these in advance of your application.
