What is the move in process at Found Study Financial District?
To move in, residents are required to follow the steps below:
1. Complete 1st Months Rent:
1 month prior to move in, they will post your first months rent and send an email with payment instructions. 1st months rent is required to be paid in advance, so we can provide a seamless move in process.
2. Complete Move In Information Tab on Resident Portal
Prior to move in, all residents are required to acknowledge building and handbook policies, certify covid-19 vaccination and choose a move in time / slot.
After the move in acknowledgements are complete, you will receive a notification with your assigned room number, your move in appointment info, as well as your roommates basic contact info (if you apply for a shared room).
