No, but if the resident needs more time to pay then they will need to communicate with Property Manager about payment status.

What is the policy for early move-out?

Any resident can move out early, but they are still responsible for rent and all of utilities until a re-let is found.

What is the turnaround time for processing applications or requests?

Between 24-48 hours with exceptions to the weekend. Any applications submitted after 4PM on Fridays will have to wait until Monday, etc.

How can I refer someone, and are there specific instructions for referrals?

You can refer someone by sending us an email in advance of them applying to the property and signing a lease.
