You may cancel your booking based on the timeline below. Applicable charges will be deducted depending on when the cancellation request is made: Within 7 days of booking: No charge; full refund issued. 1. Up to 1 month before the planned arrival date: 50% of the booking fee will be charged. 2. Up to 15 days before the planned arrival date: 100% of the booking fee will be charged. 3. Up to 7 days before the anticipated start date: 100% of the application fee and ½ month's rent will be charged. 4. After the planned arrival date: 100% of the booking fee and 1 month's rent will be charged.

In the event of a visa refusal, the following cancellation policy applies. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and accompanied by official documentation confirming the visa denial: Up to 15 days before the planned entry date 1. You are eligible for free cancellation with a full refund of all payments made, including the booking fee and any rent or deposits. 2. Between 14 days before and the planned arrival date 3.
