Karma provides a fully furnished apartment with two private bedrooms and two baths. The first private bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and a personal workspace. The walls and closet door have custom paneling, and the bathroom across the hall is fitted with a full shower. The second bedroom contains an ensuite bathroom and has a queen-sized bed. The shared kitchen is fully furnished with all cooking appliances and utensils, as well as a fridge, dishwasher, and cleaning supplies. From there, you can go to the beautiful patio i.e. the outdoor lounge area. You’ll make great memories in your stylish living room at the round dining table and the lounge area watching flicks on the Smart TV. Enjoy extra amenities like the coffee maker during exam season, fresh linens and towels, the vinyl record player set, and an iron/steamer to keep your clothes pressed and ready! No need to worry about internet or utilities- the rent has it all covered. In addition, you can also skip laundromat hunting with the in-unit washing machine, and keep your hair shiny and soft with the hair dryer provided. On pretty evenings, take your friends up to the private terrace with a platter of cheese and berries, and bask in soft sun. Payment and Fees
1. You need to pay €2500 as a deposit to secure your room with the property. 2. This will be refunded, within 30 days, to you at the end of your tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.
Payments need to be made monthly, in advance.
Property does not require you to have a guarantor to book a room.

The fees which you have to pay with your rent on a monthly basis:- 1. Utility Fees (High-speed Wi-Fi and electricity): €360 (Might increase depending on tenancy duration) The fees which you have to pay one time only:- 1. Final cleaning: €150 2. The Admin fees vary from property to property. These will be visible during the booking. This is a one-time fee and will vary according to the tenancy length of the booking. You will be charged an administration fee at the time of booking, which will vary according to the tenancy duration. This fee includes a booking management fee, a flat maintenance fee, and a customer support fee. 3. Pet fee: For a single pet, the fee is €250, with an additional €125 per pet for any additional pets thereafter.

Can I visit an apartment prior to making a reservation?
All of their apartments can be toured virtually on their website. Enter into the individual listing and scroll through the photos or select "3D Tour" to see an accurate and interactive layout of the home. It is possible to visit an apartment but only if there is no guest in-house.
What are the additional charges when I make a booking?

What payment methods are available?
The preferred payment method is through credit card. You will be required to submit your credit card details during the booking process. For stays longer than a month, you will be automatically charged at the beginning of each month for the duration of your stay. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are allowed but may incur a penalty fee. However, they consider each cancellation request on a case-by-case basis.
