The rooms are equipped with electronic smart locks that only you can control with your smartphone. From your mobile device, you can lock the door so that no one enters when you’re not there, and receive a notification in case of any  ampering with the lock. Additionally, in all rooms, you also have a personal safe for your use. The building has 24-hour surveillance, security cameras, and an alarm system.

Can I bring guests? Do they have to be students?

Yes, you can bring guests, and they can stay with you for free for up to 2 nights. Your guest will need to register at the reception and be with you whenever they are in the building. Your companion does not need to be a student.

Can I use the common areas with guests from outside the property?

Yes, as long as guests register at the reception to be able to use them.

Can I visit the Coliving before moving in?

Yes, you can request a visit with their team through the contact page, and they will gladly show you the facilities. Additionally, once you reserve your accommodation, you can access all the common areas even before moving in.
