How do I receive my keys?

The move-out instructions will be sent to you at any point from the time they have successfully terminated your contract or up to a few days before your move-out date.

How do I return my keys?

Your keys need to be returned by12:00 (noon)on the last day of your tenancy.
When your contract has been successfully terminated and again as your move-out date approaches, they will send youan emailto give you all the necessary details for the key return, which could be through a partner company.
They will also ask you to send them apicture of your key setbefore returning them.
It's important to be aware that non-compliance with the key return timeline may result in apenaltyof 50 euros per each day of delay.
