If you would like to participate, you can complete the roommate placement form built into your application. The form allows you to make notes of any friends applying at Northside that you would like to live with. Please ensure you provide the same name being used on your roommate's application to ensure your request is processed in a timely manner. The form also asks you to input your hobbies, interests, sleep routines, pet preferences, and study habits. Inputting this information helps them match you with someone with similar interests, you’ll like living with throughout your lease term.
What if I don't like my roommate after move-in?
They do offer roommate mediation program through their LifeWorks Coordinator who is located in the Phase 2 Resident Services office. If there are differences between roommates that cannot be resolved, residents may be able to transfer as rooms are available. A transfer fee will apply.
