The form also asks you to input your hobbies, interests, sleep routines, pet preferences, and study habits. Inputting this information helps them match you with someone with similar interests, you’ll like living with throughout your lease term.
They do offer roommate mediation program through their LifeWorks Coordinator who is located in the Phase 2 Resident Services office. If there are differences between roommates that cannot be resolved, residents may be able to transfer as rooms are available. A transfer fee will apply.
