Otivar is a gorgeous student accommodation in Berlin that offers a number of private rooms. The Humboldt University of Berlin and New York University, Berlin are located in the close vicinity of the residence.

The rooms feature a large window with curtains through which one can monitor the light coming in. The plush bed is extremely soft and is accompanied by a side table. The capacious wardrobe provides a lot of storage space to store all the essential items. With a private bathroom, the students get complete privacy to enjoy their own space. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, a microwave, a gas stove and many more. The common amenities. One can lounge with their friends on the couches or listen to their favorite music.

Location and What's Hot?

The location of the accommodation makes it a pretty happening place. Restaurants and cafes like Swadishta-Dinein-Lutzowstr. 69 and Restaurant Ambrosius are close by. Various supermarkets are also very near which makes the accommodation extremely accessible and a comfortable place for the student to reside in. The weekends would never be dull in this location, Brandenburg Gate is extremely close and is relaxing and would help in unwinding for the week. v can also be an exciting and chill place to hang out with friends.

Commute

The location of the property makes it extremely easy to commute from one place to the other. Schillstr. bus station or Lützowplatz (Berlin) bus stop is just a few minutes walk away from the accommodation. Early termination by students

If you want to terminate your tenancy agreement, withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. Note: The tenant does not have a right of withdrawal if the tenant inspected the flat prior to the conclusion of the Lease Agreement.

Approximately 2–4 weeks prior to the scheduled move-in date, students will receive check-in instructions via email. Renewal policy

Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

Early check in policy

Early check-in requests can be shared in advance with the Amber team. Our team will do a feasibility check to facilitate early check-in requests based on room readiness and availability. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

1. Property requires you to pay 1 month’s rent at the time of booking. 2. This will be offset against your first rental installment.

Security Deposit

1. You need to pay €2000 as a deposit to secure your room with the property. 2. This will be refunded, within 30 days, to you at the end of your tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.
