We offer short and long term stays for students, professionals and travellers. In property you can stay a night or a few months depending on your schedule.

Where is the property located?

We are located next to the Harburg train station, just a 15 min Commute from Hamburg´s central station:Hannoversche Strasse 88a, 21079 Hamburg

What time is the check in and check out?

Check In is from 3pm and Check Out is before 11am.

Can I do a late check out?

You can’t book it but please contact the reception team the day before your departure and we will see what we can do.

How can I do the self-check-in?

After you booked an apartment you will get an email with a link to check in online. When you arrive you still need to collect the key card to your apartment from one of our check-in stations in the lobby. Our entire check in process is contactless.

Can I check in late at night?

Yes, if you have a booking confirmation you can self-check-in anytime you want.

Do you have a reception?

Our reception is open daily from 8am until 10pm. But our contactless self-check-in system does not require you to go to the reception. We are there for you 24h, just call us: +49 (0)40 309 54976

Is cleaning included?

Yes we clean your apartment regularly. Different cleaning schedules apply:
- Short Stay (< 27 nights): Every 3 days
- Long Stay (> 27 nights): Once a week
- Students: Every 2 weeks
You can always book additional cleanings when needed for EUR 15 per cleaning.

Can I store my luggage before my check in time and after check out?

Yes, just leave your luggage at reception. Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Is there car parking on site?

Sadly we don’t have parking on site.

Is there a bicycle parking on site?

Yes, indoor bicycle parking is available free of charge.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we have pet friendly apartments available. Please let us know in advance if you are coming with your pet. We need to know what type of pet and how many pets will be staying with you. An additional check out cleaning fee of 25 euro will be charged per pet.

What about the internet?

Our Wi-Fi is included in your rent and works in areas of the building. Dedicated download speed of 100 MB per registered user. If you need more speed then you can upgrade for a fee.

Can I smoke in the building?

Please smoke outside, either in our court yard or on the terrace on the 5th floor. If you rent an apartment with a balcony then please feel free to smoke on your balcony. It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the building. If you smoke in your apartment then we will charge EUR 250 for a special cleaning.

Is there some place for storage?

Your apartment has been designed with lots of storage space (i.e under the bed or on top of the wardrobe ideal for bigger items such as suitcases). If you still need more space then you can rent a secure locker in the basement for EUR 100 per month (limited availability).

Is there a laundry room?

We have a spacious shared laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryers and iron boards to keep you looking your best. The machines are operated via your smart phone using this app.

How much does washing & drying cost?

Washing costs 3,50 EUR / Drying costs 2,50 EUR / The use of an iron & ironing boards is free.

How do I clean my apartment?

Your apartment will be cleaned by our cleaning staff regularly (please consult the cleaning schedule depending on your booked rate). If you still want/need to clean your apartment once or twice yourself then you can borrow a hover as well as mop and bucket from our reception. You will find a broom and a dustpan in your apartment.

Is there a dishwasher in the apartment?

Our apartments don’t have a wish washer. You will find washing-up liquid and a brush in your apartment.

Yes, it is important that you feel at home. If for any reason you need to change your apartment then please contact reception.

What is the size of the bed?

We have French Queen-size beds (140 cm wide and 200 cm long) in most apartments. The one-bedroom apartments have King-size beds of 180 cm x 200 cm.

Are there bed linens and towels in my apartment?

All apartments come with white linens and towels you can feel good about – they’re carbon neutral.

What is the kitchen equipped with?

It’s fully equipped with a glass stovetop, silent fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, essential tableware, cutting board, cutlery, china, glasses, water kettle and a bottle opener.

Do you have a TV?

Each apartment has a smart TV. Please note that we use IPTV for regular TV channels. The TVs have Netflix, Amazon Video and Youtube installed. You will have to log into those services with your own account.

What will I find in the bathroom?

Each apartment has a private bathroom stocked with hand wash, shampoo, body wash, body lotion. Our cosmetics are vegan and organic. You will also find a hair dryer.

Do you have baby cots?

Baby cots are free of charge and are subject to availability. Please contact reception in advance to add a baby cot to your reservation.

Do you have air conditioner and heating?

We don’t have air conditioning. Hamburg is not known for it’s tropical climate but you can ask for a fan if needed. All rooms have radiators (central heating).

Can I register my property address at the City Hall?

Yes, as long as you stay more than 3 months.

What’s included in my rate?

Our rates are all inclusive. This covers internet, electricity, water, heating, taxes and our regular cleaning service. Please note that if you register your property address with the City Hall then you will be subject to pay a local tv license.

Can I bring my own items?

You can bring additional personal items for your comfort and appliances but drilling holes in the walls and other modifications are not allowed.

Can I receive mail and packages?

Send all your packages to property for safe handling and collection. Let our reception staff wait for your deliveries, instead of you. Online shopping has never been easier.

Is it possible to view an apartment before moving in?
