If an applicant does not meet the income or credit history requirements, they must have a guarantor who does. The guarantor must meet the income and qualifying credit history standards. If no personal guarantor qualifies, applicants can apply with Leap, a third-party cosigner service, which requires a one-time fee.
Administrative Fee - $175.00
Applicant will have 48 hours to cancel reservation and receive a full refund of Security Deposit and Administration Fee. A full refund of Security Deposit and Administration Fee will be processed if Applicant or Co-Applicant is denied. The Security Deposit can be retained by them as liquidated damages if you fail to sign your lease contract within 7 days or fail to attempt to cancel within 48 hours of application.
