Frequently Asked Questions

Who will be my roommates?

At the property they strive to make sure that your roommates are people with similar interests and/or needs as you, so that you can share experiences, support each other and create as many synergies as possible. They will never be prejudiced against race, religion or gender. They are a diverse and inclusive community.

What are your customer service hours?

Their office hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday. During your stay you will always have the phone number and e-mail of a Community Facilitator at hand to solve any question telematically. For emergencies, they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What documents do I need to book a room?

Booking a room is very easy. All you need is a copy of your identity card (if you are European) or passport (rest of the world) and a copy of your letter of acceptance or enrollment at your university/school, or a copy of your work or internship contract. If you are self-employed or an entrepreneur, you only have to prove your activity. You also have to provide them with your details and accept their terms and conditions.

What does the weekly cleaning involve?

Their team cleans weekly (twice a week depending on the size of the apartment) the common areas of the apartments, including kitchen and bathrooms, so that you are more comfortable and can focus on what you really came to Barcelona to do and avoid problems of coexistence. Remember that they offer room cleaning and ironing for a small fee. However, they ask you to collaborate in maintaining order and cleanliness at home for a correct coexistence: take out the garbage daily, do not accumulate dishes in the sink and leave the bathroom for the next coliver as you would like to find it.

Is my room cleaned before entering?

Of course, their housekeeping team takes care of leaving the room completely disinfected and spotless before your arrival.

What does maintenance included mean?

Their professionals are in charge of the integral maintenance of the ordinary and extraordinary housing reflected in the contract (a refrigerator that stops working, a plug that does not work, etc). Maintenance resulting from carelessness, misuse or neglect of any container or content provided by them is excluded. In these cases, their maintenance service will solve the problem at an additional cost.

What is the minimum and maximum length of stay at the Property?

The minimum stay in the property is 1 month (32 days) and the maximum stay is 1 year, although we can renew the contract as many times as you need.

Can I invite friends to the apartment?

Yes, you can have one guest per month stay up to a maximum of 2 nights, after you have informed your roommates and your Community Facilitator has validated it. The rest of the nights will have an additional cost. Overnight stays without consent have a penalty of 100 € per night.

Are there options for couples?

Of course, book your room through the channel that suits you best and they will find the most comfortable apartment for both of you.
