Early termination by students

If you wish to terminate the contract early, you are required to stay for a minimum of 3 months after moving in, and must serve a 1-month notice period before leaving.

Cooling Off Period

For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- 1. After contract signature (both parties): a) Once the tenancy agreement is signed by both parties, a legally binding contract is established under German law. b) However, in order to ensure fairness and flexibility, property management grant a 24-hour cancellation window after full execution of the contract. 2.
