1. More than 60 Days Before Move-in Guests who cancel their booking more than 60 days before the scheduled move-in date will receive a 100% refund. This flexibility supports our guests' changing needs while providing hosts enough time to find new bookings.
2. Within 60 Days of Move-in If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the move-in date, the first month's rent is charged, and the remaining months are refunded. This clause is essential for compensating hosts for their potential loss of income due to late cancellations, while still offering guests some level of refundability for longer bookings.
3. During the Stay if 60 Days Notice is Given: Guests must pay for just one additional month’s rent if they provide at least 60 days' notice before leaving earlier than initially planned. This notice period is crucial for hosts to effectively manage their property and minimize disruptions.
4. If Less Than 60 Days Notice is Given: Guests who do not provide a 60-day notice will be responsible for the full amount of the originally scheduled stay. This policy underlines the importance of commitment and the impacts of unexpected changes on hosts.
5. Shorter than 30 Days Bookings All bookings with a duration shorter than 30 days are non-refundable. This policy reflects the increased risk and reduced timeframe hosts have to rebook their properties.
In cases of unforeseen events that necessitate cancellation, documentation will be required, and cases will be evaluated individually to ensure a fair response by the property.
