Cooling Off Period

The property does not offer any cooling-off period. Once the booking is confirmed, there is no refund in case of cancellation from the tenant's side.

Early termination by students

If you cancel your reservation or leave the apartment early, you'll lose your deposit unless you find someone to replace you in the room. If there is an excess in the amount set for consumption expenses, the tenant is responsible for covering the difference.
