- Cooling Off PeriodFull refund if cancel >72hrs before check-in (short stays), 50% refund if <72hrs.
- Early termination by studentsFor stays under 28 nights: 72 hrs notice no refund, 7-14 days notice: 50-75% refund, 14+ days full refund. For stays 28+ nights: 7 days notice no refund, 14-28 days: 50-75% refund, 28+ days full refund.
Cancel more than 72 hours before check-in: Full refund (all stays under a month).
Cancel less than 72 hours before check-in: 50% refund.
Monthly rate bookings: Cancel at least 7 days before to get full refund, otherwise 50% refund.
A. **Stays Under 28 Nights.** If a Guest desires to shorten its stay and requests an earlier check out date, the following rules will apply:
- If guest gives less than 72 hours notice of departure, no refund will be given for the unused nights.
- If guest gives less then 7 days notice of departure, 50% of total Room Fee for unused nights will be refunded.
- If guest gives less than 14 days notice of departure, 75% of total Room Fee for unused nights will be refunded.
- If guest gives at least 14 days notice of departure, a full refund will be provided on the unused nights.
B. **Stays 28 Nights and Over.** If a Guest desires to shorten its stay and requests an earlier check out date, the following rules will apply. If request is made within:
- If guest gives less than 7 days notice of departure, no refund will be given for the unused nights.
- If guest gives less then 14 days notice of departure, 50% of total Room Fee for unused nights will be refunded.
- If guest gives less than 28 days notice of departure, 75% of total Room Fee for unused nights will be refunded.
- If guest gives at least 28 nights notice of departure, the Guest will receive a full refund on unused nights.
