How do I reserve a room?

Complete the online application.  Once we have received your application, we will send you a rental offer. To accept this offer you will be required to pay the first month’s rental and for any additional service options that you choose. Before you move into the accommodation , a bond equal to one month’s rental will be required. If you need any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

What kind of contracts does the accommodation ?

6 and 12 month leases, however from time to time we are able to offer shorter lease periods.

What does my rent include?

A fully furnished apartment, gas usage, use of our common facilities and ability to participate in our Residential Life program

We have onsite parking starting from AU$100 per calendar month

When do I pay my rent?

Rent is to be paid as per the Rental Agreement and must always be in advance. Payments can be made in the following ways:

We have letterboxes located at the Central Building (The accommodation). Your access card will get you into that building as well as your own.
