As new Affordable Housing units that fall within the advertised rental criteria become available, they are listed on website. New listings are posted daily between the hours of 7AM and 10AM as they become available.I submitted my application for an apartment but the unit is still showing as available on the website. How do I know if I am eligible for an apartment listed on the website?
Applicants are eligible if they meet the income requirements advertised for their household size. A minimum income requirement will vary by apartment and is based on the specific apartment monthly rental mount. Total rent must not exceed 35% of household income.
Who is definitely not eligible?
Households consisting exclusively of full-time students; households who have combined assets of more than $250,000, excluding some retirement and savings accounts; and those who are not prepared to use a apartment as their primary residence.
How do I determine my household size?
