New listings are posted daily between the hours of 7AM and 10AM as they become available.I submitted my application for an apartment but the unit is still showing as available on the website.The apartment will remain listed on the website until property receives 3 applications for the apartment or 7PM EST. If no applications are received by 7PM EST the unit will remain on the website until an application is received and then the listing will be removed from the website.

Why do you accept up to 3 applications per apartment?

They accept up to 3 applications to help guarantee that at least one of the applicants will qualify for the unit.

How will I know if I am first, second or third to apply for an apartment?

The team will contact you by email within 48 business hours to advise you of your application position. In the meantime, they recommend reviewing the application package located here to begin compiling the qualification documents required for the application.
