I've lived in a couple of spots around the east bank, and it's bar far one of the nicest around. It's never loud, ever. Also, they have a security guard at night for late package delivery and it's a perfect spot for a young professional.

I lived at the Edge on Oak last year and it was wonderful! Rent is a bit high, but comparable to similar buildings in the area, and it really does feel like home. The TV in the community room has all of the channels one could possibly desire, which is great for big sporting events, and the light rail stop and bus stop are very nearby. Maintenance is usually pretty good about getting to any repairs that need to be done, though you might have to remind them a couple of times, and the roof is great for cookouts.
