If you do not qualify on your own, or do not have a guarantor, you can pay a deposit of 2 Months of rent.
Payment needs to be made monthly on the 1st of every month as per the payment schedule outlined in the lease agreement.
Rent can be paid online via credit/debit card or bank transfer (PayPal, VISA, AMEX also accepted) Please note: The property does not accept cash.
1. A guarantor is someone who will be financially responsible for your lease agreement. Typically, a parent or guardian. Guarantors must reside in the United States & have a valid SSN. 2. If you do not qualify on your own, or do not have a guarantor, you can pay a deposit of 2 Months of rent. 3. If you do not qualify on your own, do not have a guarantor, or are not able to pay a deposit, you can qualify using the GWP. The GWP is a monthly fee, requiring no up-front costs and is an instant approval with a student status. 4. If you have qualifying credit & income per our rental criteria, you can be approved for the lease on your own.
1. You will be required to pay a certain amount as Application and Admin Fees at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. 2. Parking charges as follows: a) Garage Parking - $200 per installment b) Covered Parking - $150 per installment c) Surface Parking - $110 per installment
