Is there a security deposit required?

Are utilities included in the rent?

No, utilities are not included in rent. Utilities are serviced and metered through NEP. There is a 1G fiber internet package with Spectrum that also includes a rotating list of cable streaming channels at a flat monthly rate. The building also has a flat monthly trash fee that covers removal and includes a valet service that collects from your front door 5 days a week.

What lease terms do you offer?

Rent payments can be made online through our resident portal via bank transfer, e-check, credit/debit card, or through MoneyGram. We do not accept any in-person/cash payments.

Is rent prorated?

Yes. The total rent for the month of move-in and move-out is calculated by the number of days the unit will be occupied for that month from the start of the lease to the end of the lease.

Is renters' insurance required?

Yes. Renters insurance is required for all residents. Residents are automatically enrolled in our renter's insurance program but may provide proof of their own coverage to meet this requirement.
