Will I need a guarantor for my lease?

How do the installments work?

Their Resident Housing Contracts are installment-based, in which a total contract amount can be paid in full at the beginning of the lease, in two-semester installments, or in 12 equal monthly payments. If you’ve chosen the option to submit the total contract amount in 12 monthly payments, each of those installments is due on the 1st of each month, including August 1st and September 1st.

Do I need to be a student to live here?

No! As long as you meet their qualifying criteria you do not need to be a student to live here.
