What is an individual term lease?

An individual lease means you are only responsible for your student’s space, not the full apartment as a typical joint lease would be structured. Common areas are shared responsibility among all roommates (ie, living room, kitchen, etc.). Their term lease structure is a lease that begins on a specified date and ends on a specified date, for one fee. This fee is conveniently administered in 12 installments.
