What is included in the apartment?

In the common area, residents will find a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dining table and sofa (varies by floorplan), end table, coffee table, 55′ TV, washer, and dryer. In the bedrooms, residents will find a desk (varies by floorplan), desk chair, nightstand, bed frame, headboard, full-size mattress, and stackable drawer.

What does it mean to have an individual lease?

Individual leasing means that each resident is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If a roommate does not return for the spring semester, other residents are not responsible for that payment.

What is included in the rent?

The rent includes: Internet, water, sewer, trash & recycling, washer & dryer, access to all amenities, and support from the on-site staff team.

Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft or natural causes? Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?

The property’s insurance will not cover personal belongings. Residents are required to obtain renter’s insurance for this reason. Renter’s insurance is generally inexpensive and helps cover personal belongings if an unexpected event occurs.

What if I need maintenance in my bedroom or apartment?

If maintenance is needed, residents can submit a maintenance request through the resident portal on the website. Residents can also call or visit the front desk. In the event of an emergency, the front office should be notified immediately.
