To terminate the agreement before the Roommate Term End, Roommates must provide 30 days notice by email to the property and pay a cancellation fee of $250 plus a fee of $5 for each day prior to the Roommate Term End on the Rider that the Roommate Term is reduced ("Rider Cancellation Fee"). 2. The Roommate Term End shall be amended to reflect a date that is 30 days from the date that the Rider Cancellation Fee was paid.
