Booking Deposit
A deposit is required. The deposit can be covered through the Deposit-Free Living Program instead of paying the deposit upfront. The Deposit-Free Living Program has a 5% monthly fee. A Rhino Program is available for stays over six months.
Security Deposit
The security deposit is returned within 14 days with an itemized statement. If the deposit is not returned within 14 days, the full deposit is returned. A Deposit-Free Living Program is available as an alternative to paying the security deposit upfront. The Deposit-Free Living Program has a 5% monthly fee.
Pay In Instalment
Rent must be paid monthly, in advance. Rent is due 5 days before the new month of the scheduled rental period. Students can split the rent into 2 payments per month for an additional 7% monthly fee. Students can split the rent into 4 payments per month for an additional 14% monthly fee.
Mode Of Payment
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, ACH via bank transfer, Zelle, and Wise. American Express is accepted.
