How do I access my apartment?

Do I sign my own lease or with roommates?

Do I need to bring furniture?

What are my options for lease renewal?

Renewal offers are made around September for the following year. Residents who fill their obligations under their lease are offered renewals at a discounted rate. They love it when their residents decide to stay with them for another year!

What is the guest policy?

Guests are welcome at The Row but for at most 6 days a month and at most 3 consecutive days. A guest can use The Row amenities when accompanied by a resident.

What does my security deposit cover?

The Row’s security deposit is $200 per bedroom and will be allocated towards the cleaning fee at move-out and any damages or incidentals balances due. Otherwise, the remaining amount is refunded to the resident.
