You will need to pay an application fee (non-refundable) of $40 at the time of booking.
1. 1 to 2 month's rent is required as deposit at the time of booking to secure your room with the property.
2. This will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.

1. You need to provide a guarantor to book a room with the property.
2. Your guarantor can be both domestic or international.
Property does not offer any cooling off period, all contracts are legal & binding.
1. If a tenant is replacing, subletting, or assigning the lease then it is allowed exclusively with property’s written consent. There will be a $200 administrative fee for each tenant switched from a fully executed lease.
2. If you break the lease you are responsible for the full amount of the lease but the property will attempt to mitigate the cost by finding new tenants. If they are unable to find replacement tenants you are liable for the full amount of the lease. There is a $500 fee if they allow you to break the lease and completely replace your group with new tenants. This fee will be deducted from the Security deposit paid and will cover their administrative expenses.
Note: You won’t be released from the Lease Contract for any reason, including, but not limited to, voluntary or involuntary school withdrawal or transfer, voluntary or involuntary job transfer, marriage, separation, divorce, reconciliation, loss of co-residents, loss of employment or bad health.
