The office associates are great and friendly. I feel like part of a community all of the residents are so friendly and how can you forget about the resident appreciation days; when you are given food and other items? Why go all the way to the gym and exercise; hop right on the elevator and you have a gym right in your basement. The inside of the apartments is pretty spacious and modern, I love my apartment. The Tower at Third is one of the best apartments on campus!

I have been living here for over 2 years which I believe is a testament to how much I have enjoyed my time here. Onsite maintenance completes work in a timely fashion and the management personnel are very easy to work with. The building has a security guard at the front door overnight. The amenities include a new gym, free laundry, study rooms, and a game lounge with a pool table and ping pong. The apartment cost is very reasonable and includes unlimited electricity, water, and cable/internet service. T3 has a great location, just one block off Green Street, and just over a quarter mile from the quad. Would highly recommend living here.

Been staying with Tower at 3rd for almost 5 years and I am still loving it. The staff is very helpful and is always there when you need them. The after hour services were excellent. In addition, the newly remodel gym and student lounge is wonderful, I spent most of my afternoons in the lounge doing school work and group projects and weekends in the gym. Could highly recommend anyone to stay

Really love the place. Great value for the amenities and service you get! The appliance is a bit dated, however the quality shows (the fridge door is still perfectly balanced after 19 years). Give this one a strong consideration if you are looking for a luxury apartment! UPDATE: I have lived a total of 761 days at T3. It was fun. I enjoyed the amenities, the spaciousness, the amazing sunset view, and, most importantly, the friendly staff. See you around.
